Attractive Roofing Solutions is a family-owned and operated roofing company proudly servicing Greater Sydney. The business was founded by Eddie Appleby when he was just 23, starting from his parents’ home. Nearly 15 years later, Eddie is a father of three and the company has grown into a trusted team of 20 roofing professionals, now operating out of a fully equipped factory — with a public showroom coming soon.
Even with the growth of the business, Eddie is still onsite every day, working alongside his team and staying in close contact with customers. He’s known for being highly focused, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality results. Eddie takes great pride in customer satisfaction and makes sure every client is completely happy with the outcome at handover.

We specialise in insurance roof reports and repairs. We have performed thousands all over Sydney and Canberra for a variety of insurers.
We also provide reports for homeowners to assist with maintenance purposes. From our experience its best practice for a roof to be inspected every eight years to eliminate further damage occurring and minimise costs.
With roof inspections, we look for the following:
- Cracked or chipped tiles,
- Check bedding – ridge cap cement (look for previous repairs that have been done to standard),
- Check if gutters and valleys are free of leaves and debris, so that they function correctly.
- Check flashings, aerial antenna fixing points, lead soakers,
- Check whether the roof is sarked or unsarked.
- In the section where it is leaking, old tiles will be removed to analyse their condition to ensure their function is still correct. If we do find a leak, we will match the old tiles using secondhand tiles to the closest available match. If the tile is still manufactured, we will purchase and reinstall it
